Major technological capabilities:
- Automatic cutting and stripping wires, flat and round cables and loops with a cross section of conductors from 0,12 to 16 mm2, including with multilayer shells (HB, HBM, PGVA, PV, SHVVP, PVS, etc.) with an accuracy up to 0,1 mm on the equipment Komax (Switzerland) and Codera (Japan);
- Automatic installation of terminals and lugs on the equipment AMP / TYCO;
- Assembly and semi-automatic brazing different connectors;
- Banding (mated) with a variety of materials (ties, ribbon, netting, shrink tubing, etc.);
- Labeling of cables and connectors;
- Assembly harness to products, testing and packaging;
